Deposits: A refundable security deposit is required to confirm and hold the reservation. $200.00 Deposit is required for our condos ($1000.00 during Spring Break). The deposit may be a personal check which will be deposited into an account. The deposit will be returned after check out once the condo has been inspected for damages.
Cancellation Policy: “…Your deposit check will hold the condo for you until thirty days prior to your arrival and as serve as a security deposit in case of damages to the condo during your stay. If you decide to cancel after the deposit has been sent and prior to full payment, there is a loss of 50% of your deposit. Full payment is due no later than thirty days prior to your arrival. Once paid, No refunds will be granted if canceled less than 30 days from arrival, unless the condo can be re-rented. After payment has been received I will send you our welcome package via email which will have the details of your stay. You can expect to receive the deposit back about three weeks after your departure provided there are no damages to the condo during your stay.
Hurricane Refunds: If you stay has begun, prorated refund from the evacuation day will be granted if ordered by the State or County. All others will be managed individually.
